My Camera Work: Camera Composition

Camera Composition

Camera Composition is how the cinematographer choses to arrange certain elements in the frame of photos or films, whether it is a character in the or item. This adds dimension and further improves the media.

The leading lines shot enhances what they are leading to. In this example the lines are leading to a dark shadow at the end of the hallway, making this shot mysterious. Deep focus is the focus on one this while something else is blurred. This example blurs the surrounding things and the sky is the main focus.
